Every By-Appointment order is personal and exclusive. You get a dedicated bag stylist to assist you with your design and coordinate with our bag atelier from the beginning until you receive your bag. So you know your bag has the personal touch of a professional looking after it and a real person available to answer your questions.
How to get the bag of your dreams?
- Select the date and time and best contact number for your stylist to contact you on
- Help us understand what your perfect bag would be like by answering a few short questions
- Confirm your booking by paying the “Design Fee” (125 EUR). The design fee covers the initial consultation with your stylist and the creation of up to 3 personalised bag sketches based on this conversation.
After you select your dream bag design, your stylist will send you an order form for the bag. Your bag will be tailored made and shipped to you 4 short weeks after receipt of payment for the bag.
